Job Description

This is a pure voice-based prescription support process with Tata 1MG. The role involves assisting customers with medicine orders, prescription uploads, dosage-related queries (non-medical guidance only), and order status updates. You will act as the first point of contact for customers calling regarding prescription medicines. Clear communication skills and a confident speaking voice are mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities
