Mandatory Requirements
• Undergraduate or Graduate candidates • Good communication skills • English proficiency at Versant-4 level • Willingness to work in rotational shifts • Comfortable with work from office setup
Preferred Skills
• Prior BPO or healthcare process experience • Basic computer and system handling skills • Ability to manage voice and non-voice tasks
