Versant Criteria (Clearly Defined) • Versant 3: Hindi communication acceptable • Versant 4: Good English communication required • Hiring ratio: 60% Experienced, 40% Fresher</p>
Key Responsibilities
• Handle outbound and inbound sales calls • Promote Kotak Mahindra Bank products • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets • Maintain customer and sales records • Follow banking compliance and quality guidelines • Work in rotational shifts
Mandatory Requirements
• Undergraduate or Graduate candidates • Good English speaking skills • Versant 3 or Versant 4 certification • Willingness to work in rotational shifts • Comfortable working in a sales process
Preferred Skills
• Versant 3: Hindi communication acceptable • Versant 4: Good English communication required • Hiring ratio: 60% Experienced, 40% Fresher
