Key Responsibilities

Mandatory Requirements
Versant Certification: Level 3 or Level 4 (mandatory) Education: Undergraduate or Graduate Experience: Fresher or minimum 6 months experience (depending on package) Clear Hindi communication (Versant 3) or good English communication (Versant 4) Willingness to work in rotational off environment
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in banking, BPO, or sales process Basic understanding of banking or financial products Confidence on calls and objection handling Target-oriented mindset Ability to work under pressure
